(1) On a scale of 0 to 10, how important is your cell / mobile phone to you?
(2) How important is your safety and well-being?
(3) Do you ever text, check social media (Facebook, Twitter, etc.) or e-mail while you are walking or driving?
(4) Have you ever seen somebody do something dangerous while texting and walking or driving?
(5) What percentage of traffic accidents do you think are the result of distracted driving?

(7) How can society discourage people from letting their phone distract them while walking or driving?
